Performing artist, teacher, author and entrepreneur, Dr. Nicaulis Alliey has appeared as a soloist, chamber musician, and flute teacher in France, Venezuela, the United States, and the Caribbean area.
Clarinetist Thiago has an active career as chamber musician, orchestral player and soloist. Awarded in more than ten competitions, including the prestigious "New Talents of Brazilian Music". Thiago has performed in eleven countries, around Europe, South America and North America, including Argentina, Colombia, Belgium, Switzerland, Hungary, Germany, Slovenia, Italy, Switzerland and others.
Bassoonist Ernesto Balarezo is one of the newest bassoon voices in New York City. He has performed in well known venues around the world under conductors such as Gustavo Dudamel, Seiji Osawa and Claudio Abbado. As a former member of "El Sistema" he has crafted special attention into the details that makes music a sublime way to express an idea with a meaningful impact to an individual or a community. He has been invited as a Faculty member for music festivals in Washington D.C., Ecuador and Guatemala. He has also been invited as a lecturer at the University of Pennsylvania and the National Music University in Lima, Peru.
A native of Taiwan, oboist Ling-Fei Kang has performed as chamber musician and soloist in North, South America and Asia, including recitals at the Brazilian Double Reed Association in João Pessoa, the conferences of the Asian Double Reed Association in Bangkok, and the International Double Reed Society in Redlands, Tokyo, and Granada.
Lorraine Duso Kitts is Professor at the University of Central Arkansas teaching double reeds and adjunct oboe instructor at Hendrix College. She plays Second Oboe with the Arkansas Symphony Orchestra as well as Principal Oboe with the Conway Symphony Orchestra.
A native of Longmeadow, Massachusetts, Dr. Gail B. Levinsky is committed to the teaching and training young musicians. Presently serving on the faculty of Susquehanna University, her career began teaching saxophone in the Dallas (TX) area (Grades 6-12) and for the past 24 years in higher education.
Sarah M. (Gill) Schettler plays Second Flute in the Louisiana Philharmonic Orchestra, teaches flute lessons at Tulane University and the University of New Orleans, and maintains a private studio where she teaches students from beginner through high school students.
George Stoffan has received Fulbright Awards to the Czech Republic and Hungary. He was artist-in-residence at the Janáček Academy of Music in Brno, Czech Republic in 2012 and at the Liszt Academy of Music, in Budapest, in 2019. His articles about clarinet traditions in Hungary and in the Czech Republic have been featured in The Clarinet.
