MUSICAL THEATRE INTENSIVE:

College Prescreen Preparation & Filming

July 29 - August 12, 2024

Six.3 2616

Open to high school students entering their sophomore, junior, or senior year, this two-week program is designed to prepare participants for applicant auditions into university musical theatre programs. Campers will follow a rigorous course schedule of song and monologue coaching, daily private voice lessons, dance, and acting. Additionally, students entering their senior year will have the option to film their required audition media on site, meeting all requirements of the Musical Theater Common Prescreen (MTCP). The program will culminate in a showcase of work for parents and friends. The MT College Prep Intensive was founded by Stephen Agosto, who drafted the nationally recognized MTCP criteria in 2018 and is currently the Line Producer at the Goodspeed Musicals in Connecticut.
