REGISTER FIRST & Submit Audition! Instrumental and vocal spaces are limited by studio size so please register to secure your space. You will need to submit your playing sample at the same time as your application.
Registration should be made with the intent to attend NEMC. The $50 Registration fee must be submitted at the time of registration. The $500 deposit must be submitted upon acceptance in order to reserve your space. Following formal acceptance, NEMC will hold the campers spot for 14 days until deposit is paid.
AUDITION & EVALUATION
Auditions- Each student should submit two contrasting pieces of standard literature that they are currently working on. If a student is applying to play in one of the jazz groups, one selection should be a jazz piece.
Evaluations - During the registration process, we will ask each camper to submit the email address for at least one of their music educators in order for us to obtain a teacher evaluation from them. Our system will send that evaluation form directly to the educator. Please make sure to submit at least one email for that educator and confirm that they receive the form!
Performance Awards: Performance awards are given to students who audition for camp at one of NEMC's live audition events. You may also set up a live audition in your home if a NEMC representative is near you. To schedule a live audition email: . >

Upon review students will be notified of acceptance by NEMC Registrar, Bethany Niedbala. Admission is on a rolling basis beginning October 1, 2023.
Instructions for course registration for accepted students will be sent via email in early May.
