A Continental Breakfast and Dinner will be available daily in Snow Pond’s historic Lodge, with plenty of appropriately distanced inside and outside seating available. Guests will enjoy an array of delicious meals prepared by Snow Pond, while enjoying breathtaking views of Messalonskee Lake. 

Chef Tim Dishes

While staying at Snow Pond, you will have the opportunity to experience Snow Pond’s famed culinary team. They will be bringing their farm-to-table culinary philosophy to all of Snow Pond's meals by working closely with many of the area farms in Central Maine to build a repertoire of simple cooking that lets the true flavors of every dish shine through! All meals will include a vegetarian option. Snow Pond’s Cabin Coordinator will be happy to discuss any additional dietary needs with you, prior to your arrival. 

Guests will also have the opportunity to enjoy an array of wines and craft beers, which will be available every afternoon and evening during dinner. 

Visit The Lodge self-service Coffee and Tea bar anytime of day to enjoy fresh pick-me-ups such as coffee, tea, fruit or some fresh baked cookies.

Lunch, snacks and ice cream can also be found daily in Snow Pond’s Canteen.

Baby arugula salad with fresh watermelon, fresh vine ripened tomatoes, microgreens, local goat cheese, balsamic drizzle $9 

Fresh Caprese salad, fresh tomatoes, fresh basil, Barata, balsamic drizzle glaze $12 


Cheese plate (local artisan cheeses) $10 

Potato skins over stuffed with bacon, Monterey Jack cheese, fresh chives $9 

Fried Rhode Island style calamari $10 

Fresh mussels in lemon, garlic-butter sauce, fresh chives $10 


Beer battered fried haddock sandwich with lettuce and tomato $13 

Fresh Maine lobster on toasted brioche roll, lettuce $20 

Snow pond deluxe cheeseburger, lettuce, vine ripened tomatoes, on lightly toasted brioche bun $13

Snow pond vegetarian burger made with black beans, sweet potato and quinoa on a lightly toasted brioche bun lettuce and tomato with micro greens $12 

Fresh salmon baked on a cedar plank with local maple, fresh lavender and Dijon mustard sauce $16 

Sautéed chicken piccata with a lemon caper wine sauce $14
