Happy Thanksgiving from our Home to Yours!
Please stay safe and enjoy!
Giving Tuesday is a global day of giving back. On December 1, the Tuesday following Thanksgiving, you will have the chance to join people around the world and support a cause close to your heart.
This Giving Tuesday, please consider supporting our mission to provide a variety of opportunities for all people, regardless of age or economic position for equal access to quality arts education, programming, and events.
2020 has been challenging for everyone, partner with us on Giving Tuesday by making a gift to New England Music Camp and Snow Pond Center for the Arts. Help make the music go on!
With support from Kennebec Savings Bank, Snow Pond’s, Ben Bowman does whatever it takes to continue music mentoring at the South End Teen Center (SETC) in Waterville
“The fantastic music program that Snow Pond provides for our students on a weekly basis is totally unique and unmatched in its capacity to incorporate students of any musical ability, especially those who may at first appear reluctant to pick up an instrument. Although Ben primarily provides a great music program, the discussions that he has with these students while teaching range from emotional wellbeing to philosophy. We love Ben and are grateful for his time, way of being, and a tremendous set of skills!"
Benjamin Howard, Youth Advancement Coordinator for KVCAP at SETC.

Snow Pond Community Arts, Capital Area Federal Credit Union (CAFCU) and the Augusta Teen Center collaborate to present original work by participants in the Expressive Arts program. The project took inspiration from the international "Puzzle Art Installation and Collaborative Project" and is currently available for viewing at the CAFCU lobby in their North Belfast Ave, Augusta location. Some twenty-four teen center participants created unique puzzle pieces which express something meaningful to them.
The following quote has fueled inspiration for the Puzzle Piece projects around the world.
"There are no extra pieces of the universe. Everyone is here because he or she has a place to fill, and every piece must fit itself into the big jigsaw puzzle of life." - Deepak Chopra
