Chris Burkhart (B.M. Temple University, M.M. Boston University) is the director of bands at Cape Henlopen High School in Lewes, DE where he conducts the concert and symphonic bands, jazz ensembles, athletic bands and percussion ensemble.
Christopher M. Cicconi is Director of Bands and Orchestras and Assistant Professor of Music Education at Towson University. Conductor of the Towson University Symphonic Band and Symphony Orchestra, he also teaches courses in graduate and undergraduate conducting, methods of teaching instrumental music in secondary education, and is an instrumental music education student teacher advisor.
Originally from South Korea via Brazil, Joseph Choi is the Assistant Conductor of the Missouri Symphony and Music Director of the Missouri Symphony Youth Orchestra Program. Additionally, he serves as music director at Sunnydale Adventist Academy. Prior positions include Music Director of the Loudoun Symphony Youth Orchestras in Northern Virginia where
he developed into three different level orchestra programs.
Conductor and educator Matthew B. Dell is the music director of the Rowan Youth Orchestras and an adjunct faculty member at Rowan University’s College of Performing Arts. He received his Master of Music degree from the prestigious orchestral conducting program at the University of Michigan, where he studied with Kenneth Kiesler.
Dr. Nicolás Alberto Dosman is an Assistant Professor of Music-Choral Conducting and Director of Choral Studies at the University of Southern Maine. Additionally, he serves as Chorus Master with the Portland Symphony Orchestra. Under his direction, the USM Chamber Singers were invited to and performed at the Vietnam International Choir Competition where they received a Gold Diploma, an invitation to perform at the Grand Prize Finale, and an invitation to perform at the World Choir Games-Champions Round.
Jeri Lynne Johnson is the Founder and Artistic Director of the Black Pearl Chamber Orchestra. She founded Black Pearl in 2008 and in its brief time, the BPCO has garnered critical acclaim and prestigious awards from the Knight Foundation and the National Endowment for the Arts. Maestro Johnson has led orchestras around the world and has been featured in numerous media including NBC's Today show and NPR's Tavis Smiley show.
Matthew Kraemer was appointed Music Director and Principal Conductor of the Indianapolis Chamber Orchestra in July 2015 and has recently extended his commitment to the ICO through 2023. He also serves as Music Director of the Butler County Symphony in western Pennsylvania and was recently appointed Music Director of the Marion Philharmonic.
Michael McCarthy is a freelance choral conductor, adjudicator, clinician and accompanist in the New England/New York area. Choral groups under his direction have been invited to perform at MENC Eastern Division conferences and ACDA state conferences. He has spent the last twenty-seven summers teaching at the New England Music Camp.
Dr. Lisabeth Miller serves on the voice faculty and conductor of the chamber choir at New England Music Camp. She resides in West Hartford, CT where she is an artist teacher of voice at the Hartt School of Music, adjunct professor of music at the University of St. Joseph, and director of music at Old St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church.
Emily Schaad started her career on violin and viola, attending The Juilliard School and earning a B.M. in Viola Performance from Curtis Institute of Music. She holds an M.A. in Appalachian Studies from Appalachian State University and is a doctoral candidate in Music Education at Boston University.
