PRIOR TO July 15th 
Campers can receive a full refund of fees paid - less the $50 nonrefundable deposit and $35 application fee.


Campers can receive a CREDIT ONLY of fees to be applied toward next year's camp session if one of the following circumstances exists:

  1. There is a death of an IMMEDIATE family (spouse, parent, sibling, child)
  2. Camper submits a doctor’s recommendation that it would not be safe for the participant to attend.

If one of the above is met, then a credit of payments made will be applied towards the next year's session as follows:

  1. No refund on deposit registration ($50) and application fee ($35).
  2. Half credit of tuition 
  3. Full Credit of lodging 
  4. Full credit of meal plan 

On-campus housing is available on a first come first serve basis. All fees for lodging, meal plans and changes must be paid by March 15th for those that pre-registered.  For newly registered campers fees are due upon invoice receipt.

We anticipate following Covid-19 protocols similar to NEAMC 2022 in which all campers, faculty and staff (and family members) are required to be up to date on their Covid-19 vaccinations, per CDC guidelines. Should CDC guidance change between now and the start of camp, protocols may be updated. Should an update to protocols be necessary, you will be contacted via the email address on file. Registrants or staff who do not comply with these policies will not be admitted, and will not be entitled to a refund or compensation.
